Long of Capstone Props. leases 9,900 s/f at Marshall Props. Plaza
Jane Long of Capstone Properties represented Family Dollar in leasing a new, 8,400 s/f, build to suit; in addition to leasing 1,500 s/f to Subway, at the Marshall Properties Plaza, 539 Smith St. They have joined Aldi's, Advance Auto Parts and Little Caesers Pizza in this 30,000 s/f neighborhood retail center that serves the Smith Hill and Providence College neighborhoods.
Family Dollar is one of the few national retailers that are aggressively pursuing new locations to expand their brand throughout the State.
Leanne Marshall, owner of the plaza, said, "Both tenants are a perfect fit for the shopping center and the neighborhood which has needed a store like Family Dollar to service the market and more food services are always a welcome addition to the area. With Jane's help we are very pleased that both tenants chose to locate stores in our newly built center."
