Litchfield of Concord Commercial Real Estate sells 67 Hall Avenue for $200,000
Brenda Litchfield of Concord Commercial Real Estate represented Robert and Sharon Seaman in the sale of 67 Hall Ave. The multi-tenant apartment building has provided housing, primarily to NEC students, for the past 25 years.
The buyer, White Birch Community Center, plans to use the property for future expansion opportunities. White Birch Community Center provides social, recreational and educational programs for the Henniker community, including a highly respected childcare center.
