Litchfield of Concord Commercial Real Estate earns CCIM

Brenda Litchfield, co-owner of Concord Commercial Real Estate, was awarded the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation during the Institute's spring business meeting April 25 in Kansas City. Litchfield was among the 141 real estate professionals nationwide who earned the designation. This process requires graduate level curriculum, presentation of an extensive portfolio of qualifying industry experience and a comprehensive exam. CCIMs are recognized experts in commercial real estate brokerage, leasing, asset management, valuation, and investment analysis. Of the estimated 125,000 commercial real estate practitioners in North America, only 9,000 currently hold the CCIM designation. Prior to joining Concord Commercial Real Estate, Litchfield had a 20 year career in banking, including vice president commercial lending.
