Litchfield of Concord Commercial completes $120,000 sale in Loudon
Brenda Litchfield, Concord Commercial Real EstateLoudon, NH Concord Commercial Real Estate completed the sale of land at the corner of Rte. 106 and 129.
Brenda Litchfield of Concord Commercial marketed the property on behalf the seller, the estate of Harry Hill.
The buyer, Maple Tree Trust and Alan Bissonette, represented by Eddie Lassonde of Home Key Realty, will establish the headquarters for New England Ladders.
According to town records, the property sold for $120,000.
