Litchfield Crossing retains Saugatuck Commercial Real Estate

Litchfield Crossings, one of New Milford's largest shopping centers, has retained Saugatuck Commercial Real Estate, LLC (SCRE), a full-service commercial real estate company located in Westport, as its agency of record, according to Kristen Gizzi Flynn, executive director of Litchfield Crossings. Penny Wickey, principal of Saugatuck Commercial Real Estate LLC and managing director Daniel Neaten will be the exclusive brokers. Flynn said, " We are delighted to have Penny and Daniel on the Crossings team and are looking forward to a long and mutually beneficial relationship."
