Linear Retail Props. holds grand opening of Yarmouth Wine & Spirits

According to Linear Retail Properties, a grand opening of a relocated and expanded Yarmouth Wine & Spirits store at its Stop & Shop anchored shopping center was recently held. Yarmouth Wine & Spirits has been in operation for 17 years and has just moved from its 3,600 s/f space into the fully renovated 8,960 s/f former CVS end-cap location. Linear Retail purchased the property in 2006 and in 2008 Stop & Shop Supermarkets replaced Grand Union Family Market as the operator of the center's grocery store. According to Frank Manoli, the owner of Yarmouth Wine & Spirits, "Business has improved tremendously since Stop & Shop obtained the Grand Union Family Market and we are hoping that moving into the new space will continue to escalate our success." Linear Retail vice president Gail McNeice said, "With a successful new Stop & Shop supermarket and now one of the largest liquor stores on Cape Cod, we expect to lease the remaining spaces quickly and complete a successful transformation of our center."
