Linear Retail promotes Scharff to director and vice president of portfolio management
Burlington, MA Linear Retail Properties, LLC (Linear Retail) has promoted Chris Scharff to director and vice president of portfolio management. Scharff will oversee the company’s financing activities and lender relationships, investments, risk management, portfolio analysis, research, and strategic initiatives.
Prior to joining Linear Retail, Scharff spent the past 12 years working in real estate finance and investment positions for private equity and closely held real estate firms including Cabot Properties, Waterstone Properties, and WJP Development, as well as in property management at KeyPoint Partners.
Joel Kadis and Aubrey Cannuscio, co-CEOs, said, “Chris is a vital member of Linear’s team. His contributions to key areas of our business have been extremely valuable. We extend our congratulations on his well-deserved promotion and look forward to his continued leadership.”
