Lila Delman Real Estate sells Stone Bridge Marina for $1.1 million
Lila Delman Real Estate International completed the sale of 17 Point Rd. The commercially zoned property, called Stone Bridge Marina, includes a forty-four slip marina, retail space, and a three bedroom living space. The property had received a great deal of attention when listed for sale, as it was the only Marina available in the state. According to records, the sale price was $1.1 million.
Lila Delman Real Estate sales associate, Gregory Arakelian was the listing agent and buyer facilitator in the transaction. Arakelian described the property as an "Underutilized asset with 3 income streams and the eastern-most residence on Aquidneck Island, providing unobstructed north, east, and southern waterfront views. The Stone Bridge Marina is a close driving proximity to Boston, and easy access from Sakonnet River to world class yachting destinations like Newport, Martha's Vineyard, and Block Island."
