Narragansett, RI A historic carriage house at 434 Ocean Rd. has sold for $1.1 million. Lila Delman Real Estate International was both the listing and the selling company. Gladys Barbosa, sales associate, represented the seller and Tim Haxton, sales associate, represented the buyer.
