Lila Delman Real Estate sells 31 Friends Dr. in Newport for $1.25 million
Newport, RI Lila Delman Real Estate remains optimistic for the state’s real estate market in light of today’s sale of 31 Friends Dr. for $1.25 million. Alex Thursby, Lila Delman sales associate, represented the seller, while Tatiana Schweibenz, Lila Delman sales associate, represented the buyer.
