Lightstone Group leases to two at Wintonbury Mall

According to The Lightstone Group, the Feyzi's Tailor Shop and Medwinter Group, LLC have signed long-term leases at the Wintonbury Mall. Feyzi's Tailor Shop secured 600 s/f to provide Wintonbury Mall consumers a first class tailor shop, while Medwinter Group signed for 1,050 s/f, with the space being used for the United States headquarters of the Hyacinth Williams Foundation for Children (HWFC). Founded by Eunice Medwinter, HWFC is a non-profit organization that seeks to develop the leadership and entrepreneurial abilities of youths in the Greater Hartford region of Connecticut and provides educational support to children ages 6-17 in the island of Jamaica, West Indies. Both establishments join a diverse cast of tenants, including Bloomfield 8 Cinemas, H&R Block, Citi Financial, Arthur Murray Dance Center, State Farm Insurance, Bank of America and others, at Wintonbury Mall, which is located at 865 Park Ave,, right in the center of Bloomfield and across from town hall. "In a difficult national economic environment, adding Feyzi's Tailor Shop and Medwinter Group to the mix at Wintonbury Mall furthers expands the retail and service offerings to area residents and mall visitors," said Jeff Dash, vice president of leasing for The Lightstone Group. "Coupled with the existing businesses and stores, consumers will have a plethora of options when visiting Wintonbury Mall."
