Levy of MEG Cos. completes 3 leases for 10,500 s/f at Raymond Shopping Center

According to Andrew Levy, CCIM of the MEG Companies, three new leases have been signed at the Raymond Shopping Center for Vernco Ideal Trust, bringing occupancy up to 99%. The largest lease (8,000 s/f) was to Mr. G's Liquidation & Salvage which is adjacent to Planet Fitness. Planet Fitness leased the other half of the former Off Price Furniture store last year. New England Coach selected the Raymond Shopping Center to relocate their offices from Manchester. According to owner Don Leonard, the Raymond Shopping Center met all of his requirements for this move. For example safe ingress and egress, abundant parking, and its proximity to a major highway. Venice Nails & Spa has opened in 1,200 s/f. The Raymond Shopping Center located off of exit 5 on Rte. 101 is anchored by Ace Hardware/Ben Franklin, Dollar Tree, Planet Fitness, and the U.S. Post Office. Other tenants include Little Critters Pet Store, Head & Body Salon, Kaizen Karate Academy, Pizza by George, and Lucky Corner Chinese Restaurant.
