Levey Miller Maretz agents for two New Haven properties
Levey Miller Maretz Commercial Realtors of Woodbridge has listed two landmark New Haven properties. Steve Miller and Noah Meyer have listed 370 James St., a 185,000 s/f office/flex located within an empowerment zone and within 1/8 of a mile from I-91. The building features on site security and 500+ free, on site parking spaces.
Mark Winik and Steve Miller have listed 285 Nicoll St., a 220,000 s/f industrial complex. The complex features multiple loading areas, high ceilings and access to I 91.
