Fleischman and Clark of The Geenty Group broker 5,050 s/f lease
Truck King, LLC, represented by David Fleischman of The Geenty Group, Realtors, has leased a 5,050 s/f, 3-bay unit at 283 Woodmont Rd. Truck Kings are truck repair experts offering 24 hour roadside service. They are headquartered in Wolcott and have 30 years of experience in the trucking industry.
The landlord, Connors Properties, LLC, was represented by William Clark, also of The Geenty Group, Realtors.
