of 150-160 Aquidneck Ave. for $3.5 million
Middletown, RI Lila Delman Compass negotiated the sale of 150-160 Aquidneck Ave. for $3.5 million. Kate Leonard of Lila Delman Compass’ Newport office, facilitated the sale for the buyer and seller on the commercial, waterfront property. The three lots contain a building with over 5,000 s/f.
With the closing of this recent transaction, Leonard has completed four sales in the month of August, including a record breaking sale at 27 Atlantic Ave. in Newport, 2 Coggeshall Cir. in Middletown and 858 Mitchells Ln. in Middletown.
“I am very grateful for a banner month in having closed on four properties, one of which was a commercial sale,” said Leonard. “It is rewarding to help clients reach their goal of either selling or buying a property of their choice.”
