Leonard Lee and Company, LLC, an Amherst-based commercial real estate firm, has leased 2,200 s/f at Pennichuck Sq., 707 Milford, Rd. to Huckleberry's Bakery, Café and Espresso. Huckleberry's serves breakfast, lunch and dinner daily and offers a full line of specialty coffee beverages and fresh baked pastries. The owner, Pennichuck Sq. Limited Partnership was represented by Pam Lynch, who also assisted the tenant. Pennichuck Sq. is anchored by Golf USA and Ocean Bank.
