Leitner, Sciolla, Doyle and Quinlan of Cresa Boston arrange 7,596 s/f office lease
Brandon Leitner, Joe Sciolla, Joe Doyle, and Matthew Quinlan of Cresa Boston recently represented Keystone Partners, a career management firm, in a 7,596 s/f office lease restructure and upgrade within its current location at 67 South Bedford St.
The company will occupy a portion of the first floor of the four-story, 176,314 s/f office building, located in the Burlington Business Center.
According to Doyle, the company realized favorable lease terms and likes the convenience of its current site, where it expects to move into newly built-out space with modern finishes in March 2013.
The landlord, Invesco, was represented by Jason Levendusky and Michael Ripp of CB Richard Ellis.
