Lee Kennedy Co. begins 31,000 s/f parking garage for St. Luke's Hospital

Lee Kennedy Co. has begun construction of a three-story, 31,000 s/f parking garage for St. Luke's Hospital, the New Bedford site of Southcoast Hospitals Group in Massachusetts. The 341-space garage is located on the hospital campus and abuts both a residential neighborhood and a separate, independent nursing home. Lee Kennedy Co. will have the garage open to hospital staff, visitors and patients in March 2009. Lee Kennedy Co. provided extensive preconstruction services to help St. Luke's Hospital get the project off the ground.
