Azimuth Systems, Inc. has extended its lease and expanded its corporate headquarters within the Nagog Office Park. Azimuth Systems will occupy 16,545 s/f within the park when it moves from 31 Nagog Park to 35 Nagog Park in December.
Colliers Meredith & Grew senior vice president Theodore Lee and assistant vice president Christopher Lawrence represented Azimuth Systems in the transaction. The landlord, KBS Realty Advisors, was represented by partner Brian McKenzie and associate Robert Byrne of Richards Barry Joyce & Partners.
Nagog Office Park is a 73-acre master planned development consisting of eight office buildings totaling 400,000 s/f. The Acton Mall is located within the park.
