According to DTZ FHO Partners, Arbella Ins. Group has renewed its leases at 11 Riverside Dr. and 101 Edgewater Dr. in Wakefield, Mass. The lease agreement consists of 13,000 s/f and 13,554 s/f of class A office space.
Located in the Lakeville Corp. Park on Rte. 105, 11 Riverside Dr. is one of several commercial retail buildings in the park close to Rtes. 24, 44, and I-495.
101 Edgewater Dr. is one of seven buildings in Edgewater Office Park and consists of 77,214 s/f of office space. It is managed by JRT Realty Group, Inc.
