Lease signings and store openings continue at Legacy Place, while sales and customer traffic are well ahead of projections. Recent store openings include Lululemon Athletica, Urban Outfitters, Paper Source, Stellabella Toys, Orvis, Brooks Brothers Country Club, 344, Lucy, ALDO, Free People, Express, Levi's and b.good. Anchored by Whole Foods Market, L.L.Bean, Showcase Cinema de Lux, Borders, and Kings, Legacy Place is filling a void in a 500,000-person primary trade area with an average household income of more than $100,000.
"Where we are in terms of leased and opened is amazing for a new project even in the best of times," said Mark Roberts, senior vice president, leasing, WS Development.
