Lease signings and store openings continue at Legacy Place, Dedham

Lease signings and store openings continue at Legacy Place, while sales and customer traffic are well ahead of projections. Recent store openings include Lululemon Athletica, Urban Outfitters, Paper Source, Stellabella Toys, Orvis, Brooks Brothers Country Club, 344, Lucy, ALDO, Free People, Express, Levi's and b.good. Anchored by Whole Foods Market, L.L.Bean, Showcase Cinema de Lux, Borders, and Kings, Legacy Place is filling a void in a 500,000-person primary trade area with an average household income of more than $100,000. "Where we are in terms of leased and opened is amazing for a new project even in the best of times," said Mark Roberts, senior vice president, leasing, WS Development. "We are 93% leased with several deals working on the few spaces we do have left. We are looking to fill these spaces with great retailers that answer the call in this dense, affluent market. The most exciting thing is the quality of customer we are seeing on the sidewalks at Legacy Place."
