Lawn Dawg Inc. acquires Weed & Feed Professional Services, Inc. to better serve New England customers

According to Lawn Dawg Inc., the company has acquired Weed & Feed Professional Services, Inc. The acquisition brings together two established lawn care companies to better serve customers throughout the New England region. Weed & Feed Professional Services, Inc. is owned and operated by Robert Mann of Sandwich, Mass.. The existing operations will come under the name of Lawn Dawg. Once finalized, Lawn Dawg plans to relocate its Bridgewater branch to Plymouth, for a more central location in their growing market. In addition, the merger will expand Lawn Dawg's commercial services and customer base. Campanella has been in the lawn care industry for over 25 years and built a corporate culture valuing customer service and the environment. In August of 2009 Jim partnered with a private investment group in an effort to grow Lawn Dawg throughout the Northeast and beyond. Lawn Dawg currently has branches in Portland, Maine; Litchfield and Nashua, New Hampshire; Woburn, Bridgewater and Hudson, Massachusetts; and Albany and Poughkeepsie, New York. Mann acquired ownership of the lawn care division of Weed & Feed, Inc. in September, 2000 creating Weed & Feed Professional Services, Inc. Robert has 30+ years of experience in the lawn care industry and has been a member of the Massachusetts Association of Lawn Care Professionals (MALCP) and the Professional Lawn Care Association of America (PLCAA). Robert is a Massachusetts Certified Pesticide Applicator and Certified Turfgrass Professional.
