Larivee of Peabody Properties, Inc. receives the Resident Service Coordinator certification from the Massachusetts Association of Resident Service Coordinators
According to Peabody Properties, Inc. - a Braintree-based, full-service real estate firm managing in excess of 10,000 housing units located primarily in New England - employee Jacquelyn Larivee recently received the Resident Service Coordinator (RSC) certification from the Massachusetts Association of Resident Service Coordinators (MARSCH).
A nonprofit corporation, MARSCH provides professional development, certification and resources to RSCs and other real estate professionals. Before receiving her RSC certification, Larivee participated in 36 hours of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) training programs focused on disability and elder services, communication strategy and legal liability.
As a certified RSC at The Mooring at Squantum Gardens, Larivee is responsible for providing social services assessment, intervention, support, referral and general case management to residents. She is also responsible for working with local agencies to identify the services and benefits that best fit the needs of residents.
Larivee attended Simmons College where she earned her master of Social Work and is now a Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW). She currently resides in Somerville.
