Langtry and Bowman of CBRE broker 32,000 s/f lease renewal

NorthEast Electrical Distributors has renewed its 32,000 s/f lease at 35 Larkin St. One of the largest electrical distribution companies in New England, NorthEast Electrical Distributors has been located at 35 Larkin St. since its formation in 1999, after acquiring the Marle Co., which had been an occupant of the space since 1984. Kevin Langtry, senior associate of CBRE's Stamford office, and Valerie Bowman, vice president of CBRE's Global Corporate Services Group, represented Northeast Electrical Distributors. Mark Beaudry, president of Beaudry Commercial Real Estate, represented the owner, Larkin Street Associates. Based in Stamford's Research Park area, 35 Larkin St. is an industrial property located between I-95 and the Merritt Pkwy. The building is also situated less than a mile from both the Glenbrook and Springdale Metro North train stations.
