Carcaterra named principal at Newmark Knight Frank

Brian Carcaterra has been promoted to principal in the Greenwich office of Newmark Knight Frank. A member of the Newmark Knight Frank team since 2002, Carcaterra specializes in representing tenants and owners of commercial real estate on both a regional and national basis. Carcaterra's most notable recent leasing transactions include negotiations for OTA Advisors, MKM Partners (deals closed in San Francisco, New York City and Stamford, Conn.), NFP Indemnity, and Blacksmith Brands. Also in 2009, he was recognized as one of the Business Council of Westchester's "Forty Under Forty." Carcaterra has recently been accepted to Harvard Business School's Real Estate Executive Program, which he will begin attending in March 2010.
