Lang McLaughry Commercial sells 189 acres
According to Bruce Waters, CCIM, senior broker for LANG MCLAUGHRY COMMERCIAL, the firm has sold 189 acres.
The property, owned by Pippin Brothers Associates et al is undeveloped, but provides zoning for several development opportunities.
Waters said, "It is highly unusual to find an untouched property of this size, with potential for municipal services, this close to the core of the Upper Valley and Dartmouth College."
The buyers, Thomas and Patricia Norton have no immediate plans for the land, excpet to be good stewards.
