Lang McLaughry Commercial leases 2,100 s/f at 331 Olcott Drive

LANG MCLAUGHRY COMMERCIAL completed the long-term lease for the Vreeland Clinic at 331 Olcott Dr. The Vreeland Clinic offers a variety of chiropractic services and is owned and operated by Dr. Court Vreeland, DC and Dr. Carrie Grandt-Vreeland, DC. Dr. Court Vreeland was quoted as saying, "Our purpose at the Vreeland Clinic is to provide the most advanced and comprehensive health care available without the use of drugs or surgery." Bruce Waters, CCIM, senior broker for LANG MCLAUGHRY COMMERCIAL said, "The Olcott Professional Center is centrally located to the Upper Valley patient base and offers convenient access from I-91." "The Center is also the location of the White River Family Practice and Gifford Medical Center's Advanced Physical Therapy, both organizations will be synergetic with the arrival of the Vreeland Clinic." The Olcott Professional Building is a professional office building offering space, not only to the medical field, but IT and other professional businesses.
