Lang McLaughry Commercial leases 1,000 s/f to Smart Mobility

According to Bruce Waters, CCIM, senior broker for LANG MCLAUGHRY COMMERCIAL, Smart Mobility, Inc. has leased 1,000 s/f at the Billings Common Office Condominium Park. Smart Mobility was established in 2001 as a consulting firm that integrates transportation and land use modeling, engineering and planning. They specialize in developing advanced tools and techniques for travel demand modeling, regional air quality modeling and analyses of land use/transportation systems, with a goal of developing more meaningful indicators from regional transportation models. Owned and operated by Norm Marshall, Smart Mobility manges projects in over 20 different states, with their main office in Wilder.
