Kushner and Milano of Spinnaker broker
$33.9 million sale of two medical buildings

One Washington Place - Easton, MA

Easton, MA Spinnaker Healthcare Advisors, a division of RE/MAX Commercial, completed the sale of two class A medical office buildings. Andy Kushner, CCIM, president/broker, and Mike Milano, broker, served as exclusive representatives to the buyer, HP Boston OWP, LLC. The seller, Wash MA, LLC was represented by William Whelan of Whelan and Associates. The sale marks one of the region’s largest medical office building sales at $33.9 million.

One and Two Washington Place, totaling 92,000 s/f of class A medical space, were built in 2007 and 2008 respectively. Both buildings were fully leased with great medical tenants in place including: Signature HealthCare, Steward Good Samaritan Medical Center, Greater Boston Urology and Orthopedic Care Physicians Network. 

The buildings are part of a 126,000 s/f master-planned medical office park. The Washington Place Professional complex is designed to accommodate the latest medical technologies. The property is visible and located within 1.5 miles of Good Samaritan Medical Center and 6 miles of Signature Healthcare Brockton Hospital, providing patients with exceptional convenience and access.
