Boston, MA According to Institutional Property Advisors (IPA), a division of Marcus & Millichap, Jim Koury has joined the company as a senior managing director. Previously, he was senior managing director with HFF. In his new position with IPA, Koury will be responsible for institutional retail shopping center investment sales in the Northeast.
“Jim is a well-known and highly respected trailblazer in shopping center investment sales who has held key roles in the industry throughout a career that spans more than three decades,” said Scott Holmes, senior vice president and national director of IPA retail.
Koury holds a master of science degree in Finance from Boston College. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and sits on ICSC’s New England idea exchange planning committee.
