Knowles of SullivanHayes Companies represents CVS in ground lease
Brian Knowles of Farmington-based SullivanHayes Companies represented CVS/pharmacy in a ground lease at the SWC of Rte. 202 and Pleasant St. (Five Corners). The site was an assemblage of two properties - a closed gas station and Pleasant St. Auto. The landlord in the transaction was Pride LP of Springfield.
This site fills a void in the market for CVS and will attract customers from Granby, South Hadley and other neighboring communities.
Site work has begun and CVS expects a 2012 opening.
Knowles represents CVS throughout Western and Central Massachusetts as well as the northern half of Connecticut.
