Knightly of EnviroVantage named 2nd VP of ABC NH/VT

Scott Knightly of EnviroVantage was appointed as the 2nd vice chair of the Associated Builders and Contractors NH/VT chapter. Knightly, who is owner and president of EnviroVantage, is already a member of the organizations board of directors.  In his newly appointed position, he will be responsible for supporting the efforts of the organization through his work with the president and the 1st vice chair. In addition to his latest honor, Knightly currently sits on the board of directors for the National Demolition Association, the Asbestos Advisory Board and the Lead Advisory Board for the State of NH. His company specializes in demolition and the eradication of contaminants including asbestos, mold, PCBs, and mercury. Knightly, a graduate of The University of New Hampshire's Whittemore School of Business and Economics, is a pioneer in the abatement industry.   His introduction into the business was through his love of restoring old homes and historic buildings in New Hampshire.  While pursuing this interest, Knightly constantly encountered lead paint at a time when there were no federal or state guidelines for its safe removal.  Recognizing an opportunity, Knightly became New Hampshire's first licensed lead abatement contractor.
