KMDG promotes Ng to senior associate

Jennifer Ng

Boston, MA Klopfer Martin Design Group (KMDG) has promoted landscape architect Jennifer Ng to sr. associate. Ng will contribute to the firm’s growth by increasing project pursuit opportunities and expanding the firm’s network of collaborators. She will continue to lead design teams and support the firm’s management. “Jennifer’s hard work and enthusiasm as an advocate for our clients’ partnership in creating the vibrant types of public spaces and parks they aspire to, is perfectly aligned with KMDG’s values”, said Mark Klopfer, ASLA, AIA. “My partner Kaki and I are excited to see her flourish in this new role.”

Jennifer joined KMDG in early 2020. She appreciates the firm’s portfolio because of its alignment with her desire to have an impact at the local level. She dedicates herself to the stewardship of the environment and revealing cultural specificity through landscape architecture. In her work, she starts from the central idea that design is the framework for continual evolution, that the design should not be a perfect ending to a problem, but rather a starting point for dialogue and experience. It is an opportunity for people to take ownership and find belonging as they make a place their own.
