Thomas King, CCIM of King & Newton, LLC Commercial Real Estate brokers $2.7 million sale of 146 Suffield St., known as Gramacy Park Apartments.
The property consists of 32 apartment units. Gramacy, LLC sold the property to GP Apartments, LLC.
This completes the sale of Amsterdam Realty Portfolio of 200 apartment units, which was sold over the past 18 months by King & Newton for a total price of $14.85 million. The sale prices represent some of highest prices per unit for apartments in Western Mass.
