Kinder of Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT brokers $5.75 million sale

Christina Kinder of Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT recently brokered the sale of 225-229 Turnpike Rd., a shopping center also known as Stagecoach Plaza, for $5.75 million. The property, located at the intersection of Rtes. 9 and 135, is comprised of a 20.5 acre site with 34,719 s/f of retail next to a 12-screen Regal Cinema. The retail buildings includes the following tenants: Uno's, Outback Steakhouse, Spa Tech Institute and Fun, Family & Friends F3, along with access to a parking lot with 875 parking spaces. Kinder represented the seller, Northside Realty Trust. The property was purchased by Mobile Street Realty Trust. "This is a desirable plaza with an ideal location where activity from nearby areas is robust and parking is plentiful," said Kinder. "These factors were critical in helping to attract the buyer."
