Boston Realty Advisors (BRA) has been exclusively retained for the sale of 16-24 Union Park St., a mixed-use property located in the South End.
16-24 Union Park St. is a 7,950 s/f mixed-use building consisting of six one bedroom units, one one bedroom plus, and one studio unit. The property also houses 3,175 s/f of ground level retail that is subdivided. Positioned between Washington St. and Tremont St. Additionally, its transit oriented location provides residents access to the orange and green T lines.
