KeyPoint Partners to manage four retail properties for Linear Retail - three in New Hampshire and one in Boston

Maple Tree Mall - Manchester, NH

 

Manchester, NH KeyPoint Partners, LLC (KPP) has been selected as property manager for four retail properties - three in New Hampshire and one in Boston - recently acquired by Linear Retail Properties, LLC, according to Robert Lemons, managing partner of KPP.

Maple Tree Mall in Manchester is a 51,000 s/f shopping center located north of downtown Manchester/Elm St. Tenants include La Carreta Mexican Restaurant, SalonCentric, Cyr Kitchen & Bath Home Design Center, and Papa Gino’s. KPP had managed and leased the mall for the previous owner, and KPP’s investment sales vice president Jonathan Aron represented the seller in the transaction.

Old Navy and Burger King - Nashua, NH

The other two assignments are freestanding retail buildings totaling 27,673 s/f in Nashua, NH along the Daniel Webster Hwy./Spit Brook Rd. retail block. The buildings are leased to Old Navy and Burger King, and are located close to six other Linear Retail properties, all of which are managed by KPP.

The Boston assignment is a retail condominium at 127 Tremont St., currently occupied by Dunkin’ Donuts.

Including these new assignments, KPP currently manages 63 properties for Linear Retail in Mass., N.H., and R.I. totaling 1.523 million s/f.
