KeyPoint Partners named property manager for 137,838 s/f Durgin Square
KeyPoint Partners, LLC has been awarded the property management contract for Durgin Sq., according to managing partner Robert Lemons. Dividend Capital awarded the contract.
Durgin Square, anchored by Shaw's Supermarket, T.J. Maxx, and HomeGoods, is a 137,838 s/f retail center located in one of the Seacoast area's strongest retail markets.
