KeyPoint Partners, LLC hires Boiardi and Kane as vice presidents and Cone as property manager

KeyPoint Partners, LLC, has added to its property and asset management team. Rick Boiardi and John Kane have joined the firm as vice presidents of property and asset management, and Monika Cone joins the firm as property manager. Rick Boiardi has many years of experience in construction and property management for retail and office. Kane has many years of experience in property and asset management, mostly on office properties. Cone has a strong background in property management, and had most recently been employed at Jones Lang LaSalle. Boiardi will work out of the firm's Burlington, MA headquarters, Kane at the Brookline, MA office, and Cone out of the Middelborough, MA office. "We're extremely pleased to bring in such experienced managers as Rick, John, and Monika", said William Lawler, Partner/Director of Property & Asset Management for KeyPoint Partners. "They'll definitely enhance the quality of our existing team."
