KeyPoint Partners leases 3,975 s/f to OshKosh

Wayside Commons shopping center welcomes OshKosh B'gosh children's store. KeyPoint Partners leased the 3,975 s/f space on behalf of Wayside Commons. KeyPoint manages and markets Wayside Commons, and the construction division readied the space and provided construction oversight for OshKosh's general contractor. "We are pleased to bring another high quality children's apparel retailer to Wayside Commons," said Michael Branton, leasing associate. "OshKosh joins sister concept Carter's, Justice Just For Girls, and L.L. Bean just in time for back-to-school shopping." Renowned the world over for iconic American children's wear, OshKosh B'gosh makes some of the "World's Best Overalls" and some of the "World's Best Denim" for kids. As relevant today as in 1895, when the idea of making pint-sized versions of work clothes first emerged, OshKosh's fun, down-to-earth styles are built to last, and designed to move with kids through all their adventures.
