KeyPoint Partners leases 3,975 s/f to OshKosh

Wayside Commons shopping center welcomes OshKosh B'gosh children's store. KeyPoint Partners leased the 3,975 s/f space on behalf of Wayside Commons. KeyPoint manages and markets Wayside Commons, and the construction division readied the space and provided construction oversight for OshKosh's general contractor.
