Lenox, MA Keypoint Partners (KPP) has been awarded the property management and leasing contracts for two retail properties, The Center at Lenox, and Big Y Plaza, West Peabody. The properties were redeveloped by WS Development, who are now transitioning the management and leasing of the centers to KPP on behalf of a family trust.
The Center at Lenox, located at 495 Pittsfield Rd. in Berkshires, is anchored by Marshalls and Carr Hardware. The recent redevelopment added an environmentally-friendly Market 32 supermarket and a new freestanding CVS. Phase II of the redevelopment added 85,000 s/f of new retail and restaurant space which includes Kohl’s, 110 Grill (under construction), and Luxury Nail and Spa. There are multiple leasing opportunities in Phase II of The Center.
Big Y Plaza, anchored by Big Y supermarket, is a convenience-oriented center located on Lowell St. in West Peabody. Tenants include CVS, Show New England, and North Shore Bank, among others. As the only shopping center inside the West Peabody neighborhood, the easily-accessible plaza enjoys high sales volumes and consistent traffic. Leasing opportunities include inline space and a proposed pad.
