KeyPoint Partners adds 8 property mgmt. assignments in eastern U.S.

KeyPoint Partners, LLC has been awarded eight new property management assignments in seven eastern states, according to William Lawler, partner/director of property and asset management. With the addition of these new assignments, KeyPoint Partners, now provides services for assets totaling well over 25 million s/f in the eastern United States from Maine to North Carolina. The assignments include retail, office, and industrial properties, and were awarded by both current and new clients, including LNR Property Corporation, USAA Real Estate Company, and Dividend Capital Total Realty Trust. The assignments include: * Wampanoag Plaza is a recently redeveloped 225,600 s/f retail center on Rte. One in East Providence, R.I.; the plaza is anchored by a 65,000 s/f Stop & Shop Supermarket, and includes major tenants Marshalls, Dollar Tree, Savers, WorkOut World, and Pay/Half. * 631 Park Sq. is a 29,000 s/f property consisting of two buildings: prime street-front retail space and Class A office space on Main St., and a single story medical office building in downtown Kennebunk, Me. * 101 Billerica Ave., Billerica is portfolio of six office buildings totaling 447,000 s/f. * 2189 Westover Rd., Chicopee is a 217,000 s/f industrial property. * Beaver Creek Commons, Apex, N.C. (near Raleigh), is 145,100 s/f property that is part of a larger retail complex anchored by Super Target and Lowe's Home Improvement, with tenants such as Regal Cinema, Office Max, PetSmart, and a variety of other retailers and restaurants. * Battlefield Business Park, Manassas, Va., is 92,000 s/f premier corporate park at the junction of I-66 and Rte. 234, just Southwest of Washington, D.C. * Mt. Nebo Pointe Park, Pittsburgh, Pa., is part of a community shopping center that encompasses 650,000 s/f of retail, and includes shadow anchors Sam's Club and Target, as well as a selection of specialty shops. * Centerton Square Shops, Mount Laurel, Southern N.J., is part of the Centerton Square Shopping Complex which encompasses over a million s/f of retail and commercial space, including retailers such as Target, Wegmans, Costco, Bed Bath & Beyond, TJ Maxx, Golf Galaxy, and a variety of national and regional restaurants and retailers.
