KeyPoint Partners adds 2 properties to retail leasing portfolio
KeyPoint Partners, LLC has been awarded exclusive leasing contracts for two retail properties in Marlborough and Peabody, Mass., according to Robert Lemons, the firm's managing partner.
Village Plaza is a 43,891 s/f shopping center located on Rte. 20 in a key retail area of Marlborough, surrounded by major convenience retailers and restaurants such as Home Depot, Staples, Walgreens, Quizno's, Dunkin' Donuts, and others. Tenants at the center include KinderCare and the United States Post Office. Village Plaza is presently undergoing substantial re-merchandising. There is 11,660 s/f available at the center, including a 1,100 s/f pad site with drive-thru.
124 Newbury St. is a new 11,659 s/f convenience strip presently under development along southbound Rte. 1 (Newbury St.), the preferred commuter route into Boston. There is 9,800 s/f of availability at the center, which is sub-dividable and features a drive-thru opportunity. The center will be anchored by Starbucks.
