KeyPoint Partners leases 7,883 s/f to Rumford Pet in North Kingstown

North Kingstown, RI KeyPoint Partners, LLC (KPP) has negotiated a lease with Rumford Pet for a 7,883 s/f space at North Kingstown Crossing, a retail shopping center. KPP vice president of leasing Don Mace represented the landlord. North Kingstown Crossing is a 77,670 s/f shopping center at 1300 Ten Rod Rd. (Rte. 102/4). The center is anchored by Stop & Shop. Other tenants include Starbucks, Verizon, Bank Newport Keller Williams, Rhode Island Power Yoga, and Vanity Cleaners.

“Rumford Pet is a quality operator with local roots that is building out a beautiful new store. The shopping experience for customers at North Kingstown Crossing will be greatly improved once the store opens,” Mace said.
