KeyPoint is awarded leasing contract for three centers totaling 488,329 s/f
KeyPoint Partners LLC has been hired to lease three grocery-anchored shopping centers in New England.
The shopping centers total 488,329 s/f and are located in Mass.and Conn. The leasing contracts were awarded by Equity One Inc. which owns all three shopping centers.
The plazas are: Brookside Plaza is a 210,588 s/f center on Hazard Ave. in Enfield, Conn., which includes a Shaw's Supermarkets Inc., Staples, Bed Bath & Beyond Inc. There are 23,381 s/ft available for lease at Brookside.
*Shaw's at West Roxbury, Mass. is a 76,316 s/f center on Spring St., consisting of a Shaw's and a separate retail strip that includes a Finagle A Bagel and Supercuts. There is 1,142 s/f of available space for lease.
*Webster Plaza is in Webster, Mass. and consists of 201,425 s/f. Tenants include Shaw's and Kmart. Other tenants include Family Dollar, Dollar Tree, and Olympia Sports. There is 6,000 s/f of available space for lease.
