According to Avison Young, Spinelli Commercial Properties has completed a long-term, 15,000 s/f lease renewal with Stapla Ultrasonics Corp., a leader in ultrasonic metal welding technology, at 250 Andover St. Avison Young principal Jack Kerrigan and associate Colin Whitney represented Spinelli. "Rachele DePamphilis is a local, hands-on, responsive landlord to all of her tenants in Wilmington, Cambridge and Belmont." North Wilmington Business Park's highlights include strong curb appeal, flexible interior spaces andample parking. The park offers easy access to I-93 and Rte. 125. Many amenities are located less than three miles from the park, including multiple health clubs, major shops and diverse restaurants. A recently opened Target and Dunkin Donuts are less than a mile away. Spinelli is a full-service commercial real estate development company, with corporate headquarters in Cambridge. The company owns and manages a significant portfolio of buildings in Cambridge, Belmont, Newton, Canton and Wilmington, Mass.
