Champ Internet Solutions moves headquarters to Chapel Bridge Park, 55 Chapel Street, Newton, Mass.
Champ Internet Solutions, a full-service marketing agency specializing in web design and development, digital marketing and brand strategy, has signed a new five-year lease and moved its headquarters to Chapel Bridge Park, 55 Chapel St.
"Growth is a good problem to have," said Seth Worby, CEO and founder of Champ. "By continuing to double revenue and staff consistently, year over year, for the past five years, we were simply out of space in our previous office. This new beautiful facility not only provides us with the increased office space we need right now, but also the ability to lease additional space when we need it in the future."
Champ designed the new modern brick and beam industrial space from the ground up with the experts at Spec's Design Group from Springfield. Spec's designed the open floor plan and integrated bright pops of color from the front lobby to the offices and open workstations to accentuate the large oak beams and high ceilings.
Chapel Bridge Park is a recently renovated 250,000 s/f office/R&D campus, located just minutes from Boston. The campus consists of eight renovated historical buildings and offers superior amenities.
The completely modernized buildings at Chapel Bridge Park date back to the 1850's. Much of the history revolves around the textile industry and at one time during the height of the textile industry the mill employed hundreds of workers to run the steam-powered spinning machines. The area flourished until the decline of the textile industry in the 1920's. In 1965, Chapel Bridge Park Associates purchased the land and buildings, and established its ongoing commitment to renovating and improving the park.

While it’s impossible to prevent disasters and power outages entirely, proactive preparation can significantly minimize their impact on your commercial building.

Long-term interest rates have fallen by 100 basis points, and the market is normalizing. In December of 2022 I wrote an article about investing in a high interest rate, high inflation market. Since then, inflation has cooled off, and the Fed has begun lowering their funds rate.
The industrial markets have never been stronger. What has happened is that the build out of Devens with new high-tech biotech manufacturing with housing to service these buildings serves as the connector required to really make the I-495 West market sizzle. Worcester has been the beneficiary
