East Providence, RI Sweeney Real Estate & Appraisal negotiated five leases totaling 10,761 s/f.

Jay Kern of Sweeney represented the landlords of 2823 Pawtucket Ave. in the lease to Miedu Group Inc. The lessee has plans to transform the 3,073 s/f former bank branch into a Montessori school.

In Smithfield, Eric Schultheis of Sweeney Real Estate represented The Fresh Monkee in leasing a 1,800 s/f retail space located in the Apple Valley Plaza. The Fresh Monkee is an all-natural healthy protein shake franchise based in Connecticut. The northern R.I. location will be the first in the state and plans to open early 2024.

1160 Post Road - Warwick, RI

 

Schultheis represented Inspire Closets in leasing a 1,900 s/f space located at 86 Main St. in East Greenwich. Inspire Closets plans to open by the end of the year and will use the space for their showroom and sales offices. Peter Izzi of HomeSmart represented the landlord.

Christina Rouse of Sweeney Real Estate represented the landlords of the Pond Plaza retail center at 1160 Post Rd. in Warwick in two recent leases. Rouse leased 2,624 s/f to Assured Quality Homecare. Assured Quality Homecare provides in-home care services.

Rouse leased the remaining 1,464 s/f at the Pond Plaza to a golf cart and electric bike retailer, EV-enege Carts and Vehicles. EVenege Carts and Vehicles hosted their grand opening on November 27th.
