East Providence, RI Jay Kern of Sweeney Real Estate & Appraisal represented the sellers of 331 Newport Ave. The 3,000 s/f retail building sold for $535,000 to Tiger Lily Montessori School, Inc. represented by Christan Van Horn of CBRE.
Kern also represented the owners of 534 Taunton Ave. in the sale of a 2,424 s/f mixed-use building. The property sold for $425,000 to Draper Ave. North Attleboro LLC represented by Tori Turco of Keystone Property Group.
