Kern of Peter Scotti & Assoc. sells 2.13 acre Cutler Mills property
Michael Kern of Peter M. Scotti & Associates sold the property at 137-141 Child St. (Rte. 103) for $1.735 million to Michael Sigourney of AVTech Software. Kern was the listing broker for the owner, Dave Westcott of Westcott Enterprises LLC.
AVTech plans to renovate 2 floors of the Cutler Mills building for their own occupancy.

The property is a 2.13 acre parcel and is improved with two buildings, one a 41,000 s/f four story mill building (built circa 1877) and the other a 7,960 s/f food market. The property is 85% leased and occupied by 10 tenants.
